Frequently Asked Questions

  • A seasonal colour consultation is a personalised session where we identify the tones that naturally complement your skin tone, hair, and eyes. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the colours that enhance your natural features and make getting dressed (and shopping) much easier.

  • We’ll work through a series of drapes to determine your season, followed by a detailed explanation of your best colours, how to wear them, and how to apply this to your wardrobe, makeup, and accessories.

  • Appointments typically last around one hour (shorter if booked within a group consultation day)..

  • Yes, you’ll receive a follow-up guide with notes, tips, and your colour palette to refer back to, along with a material colour swatch to keep with you at all times for reference when shopping.

  • It’s best to arrive makeup-free (or minimal makeup) and in a neutral top if possible (with no bulk around the neck area), so we can see your natural colouring clearly.
